8 ounces peeled cooked beets, halved
3 tablespoons cacao nibs
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1½ cups dairy or plant-based milk, plus extra as needed
¼–½ teaspoon rose water
In order listed, add all ingredients to blender and process on low speed until mixture is combined but still coarse in texture, about 10 seconds, scraping down sides of blender jar as needed. Gradually increase speed to high and process until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Adjust consistency with extra milk as needed. Serve.
